About the cottage
Cul Beag is the spacious self-contained south wing of Achnahaird Farmhouse - a two hundred years old traditional highland lodge which has recently undergone extensive renovation converting it into high-quality holiday accommodation.Upstairs - One bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with over bath shower. All bed-linen and towels are supplied. The upstairs rooms have low coombed ceilings - care required to be taken by those of above average height!
Ground Floor - Open-plan lounge/dining room , original stone hearth with a multi-fuel stove and modern well equipped kitchen, cloakroom ( w.c. + wash-hand basin),and a small west-facing conservatory/ dining room which catches the evening sun. Garden area to front and rear.

Well-behaved pets are welcome but please note this is a working farm and there are quite a few free- range sheep around. Although there is no extra charge for pets please let us know at the time of booking if your pet is coming with you.Young Children
A cot (no bedding) and high-chair for a baby can be supplied on request.Parking
A parking area is provided near the cottages with access by a short footpath. It is possible during the summer months to drive over the grass to the cottage door to unload the car( only on arrival and departure please).Heating
Full oil-fired central heating, double glazing and the multi-fuel stove make the cottage snug and comfortable at any time of the year - even winter! The rental is inclusive of all fuel including electricity and coal.Groceries
